A guardrail is one of those things that you either never notice or don't really appreciate its existence until it saves your life.
And that it did when the owner of a Kawasaki ZX10R seemingly locked his front brake (we could be wrong, but that looks to be the culprit from the video) while taking a soft corner on Mulhollland Highway near Malibu California and ended up on the ground sliding dangerously towards the canyon.
For this year’s Tokyo Motor Show, Daihatsu brought along an innovative new concept for a multi-purposes kei car series called the D-X ("d-cross").While the car shown at the Japanese brand's booth is a two-seater roadster, Daihatsu says that its can be easily modified into different types of models by replacing or adding components on its resin-based body.
Among other body styles, the D-X can be transformed into a shooting-break-like hatchback with a hard top, a two-door crossover and a lightweight weekend-racer.
As you can see in the pictures, Daihatsu's roadster model is extremely compact measuring just 3,395mm in length, 1,475mm in width and 1,275mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,230mm.
Power for the D-X comes courtesy of Daihatsu's 0.66-liter two-cylinder engine with direct-injection and turbocharging technology, with the Japanese automaker saying that it "strikes a balance between the joy of driving and fuel-efficiency."
We completely understand that in certain life-threatening situations, police cars, fire trucks, ambulances and other emergency vehicles should have the priority on the road - even if that means breaking some laws, as long as they don't endanger the lives of other drivers.
But seriously now, tow trucks violating every single law in the traffic book just to be the first to reach a client at an accident scene is a something out of reason.
In the following video that was shot from a dashboard mounted camera placed in one of at least three tow trucks that were racing against each other on public roads in South Korea, we see the driver passing countless red lights and entering the opposite side of the road with no consideration whatsoever for the rest of the cars.
It's truly amazing that he didn't cause several more accidents during his "Need for Speed" rush…

Comingsoon.net/SuperHeroHype had a chance to visit Takashi Shimizu's thriller 7500. While there they talked to Leslie Bibb about appearing in "Movie 43". The film is made up of short comedy segments.
This is what she had to say:
The Farrelly brothers did this compilation of these shorts and there's a whole slew of us. Hugh Jackman did one, Gerard Butler, Kate Winslet, Mine is me, Jason Sudeikis and Justin Long and Bobby Cannavale and John Hodgman is the Penguin. And Bobby Cannavale is a jacked up Superman who smokes and we all are these f**ked up superheroes. Like, I’m sleeping with Batman. He won’t call me back. I’m kind of crazy. Kristen Bell is Supergirl and Uma Thurman is Lois Lane or something. And we’re all just dysfunctional superheroes, like superheroes who can’t get a date. We’re all at this speed dating.
I’m Wonder Woman and I have on this amazing wig and the whole getup, which was pretty fantastic. And I’m crazier than bat sh*t. Like, she is really crazy, and so it was really fun because I know Jason [Batman] and he won’t call me back and I love him and he just doesn’t care about me. And so it proved to be a good time. The Farrelly brothers directed one short and they were the main producers on it.
