New Nintendo Wii coming on November

New Nintendo Wii coming 4 November

Nintendo is planning on releasing a new-look Wii console on November as part of a value for money bundle that includes Wii Sports and Wii Party.
The new Wii will unfortunately lose the console's ability to take advantage of Gamecube games and accessories, something which many Nintendo fans counted as vital to the console. It is also identical in size to the older generation Wii, looking virtually identical apart from the greater emphasis on the console sitting horizontally.
We spotted the bundle way back in August, when Nintendo told Eurogamer that it planned on focusing much more on the new Wii hardware. The really exciting bit is that we now know it's due out on 4 November.
We also know what the bundle is going to include: shipping with Wii Sports and Wii Party inside and a Wii Remote Plus. The original Wii Sports is also thrown in for good measure.
The 18 November will see a special blue version of the newly configured Wii shipping with Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Nintendo says more Wii bundles are set to be announced in Autumn in the the build up to Christmas. Those not looking to pick up the new-look Wii can opt for one of two Wii Fit Plus bundles, one shipping with a black Wii Console and Balance Board, the other without a console. The bundles will launch on 2 December.

Limited Edition Legend of Zelda 3DS

Limited Edition Legend of Zelda 3DS hitting the UK. Gaming, Zelda, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo, The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D 0

Tear up your Christmas list and get ready to ask Santa for the Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Limited Edition Nintendo 3DS, which has been confirmed by Nintendo as coming to Europe.
The "Cosmic Black" edition of the console will hit the shops on 25 November, giving Christmas shoppers plenty of time to nab one.
You'd be forgiven for thinking that it looked like a regular black 3DS but look carefully and you'll notice the shiny goldish trim. It's all about the little details you see.
Also in the box will be a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, a game which earned the converted Pocket-lint "Hot Product" tag after scoring 9/10 in our comprehensive review.
The Nintendo 3DS hasn't exactly been the rip-roaring success that the Japanese gaming giant would have hoped and some will see the Zelda limited edition bundle as a cynical ploy to boost sales figures by appealing to Zelda and Nintendo collectors.
We don't though, we're all for a mashed-up console. In fact, our Christmas list not only has this new addition on it - but the Xbox 360 Limited Edition Call of Duty: MW3 console as well.
No word on pricing as of yet, we'll update this story as and when we have the official details.

In the meantime, check out our The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D review
And also take a look at our Nintendo 3DS review too

Jeep Wrangler and Liberty SUV 2012

Another month, another batch of special edition Jeep models. This time, it’s the snowy-themed Wrangler and Liberty SUV Arctic specials, which are expected tol arrive in Jeep showroooms by the end of November.
The Wrangler Arctic is based on the Sahara model and can be distinguished by its Winter Chill, Bright Silver or Bright White body finish and matching-color hardtop and wheel arches.
It also sports “Arctic” logos on the front fenders, a “Yeti footprint” decal on the driver’s side fender and hood, black hood decal and Mopar black fuel filler door and tail lamp guards, as well as semi-gloss black 17-inch Rubicon wheels with 32-inch tires.
The cabin features black “Tectonic” fabric with white “Polar White” accents and orange piping and stitching on the heated front seats, the steering wheel, arm rest and console lid. There are also orange accents in door trim and nets and “Polar White” trim on grab handles and dashboard vents, and Mopar slush mats with white Jeep lettering.
The Liberty Arctic is available in an additional Mineral Gray color and shares most of the Wrangler’s equipment, with subtle differences such as the 16-inch alloys, deep tint glass and tow hooks, blacked-out headlights and standard fog lamps.
Similarities with the Wrangler Arctic extend to the interior, where the Liberty differs in the black vinyl, Gortex-embossed seat cover, gray gauges, one-touch windows and a nine-speaker Infiniti sound system.

Mercedes-Benz Coupe by Brabus 800

The latest Mercedes-Benz CL 600 is a fine grand tourer, but how do you make it better? In fact, how do you transform it into what Brabus calls, "the world’s fastest and most powerful luxury coupe"?
For starters, you take the standard twin-turbo 5.5-liter V12 and tune it with a Brabus-developed crankshaft with longer stroke, increased cylinder bore and larger pistons. Now that you have a V12 with a 6.3-liter displacement, you can add four new camshafts and fine-machine the two cylinder heads of the V12 in order to optimize the mixture flow.
This is only the beginning: you must replace the stock twin turbos with new high-performance turbochargers that feature custom exhaust manifolds with integrated turbine housings. You may as well fit four water-to-air intercoolers to keep the temperatures in check, as well as a hood-integrated carbon fiber ram air intake and replace the CL’s exhaust system with a new, stainless-steel unit with free-flow catalysts.
Next, the ECU must be reprogrammed to coordinate all those new high-performance parts not only for maximum output, but also for Euro 5 emissions compliance.
As you may have figured out already, this is not your average tuning job. It couldn’t be for the Brabus 800 to produce an outrageous 800HP and 1,420 Nm (1,047 lb-ft) of torque (limited electronically to 1,100 Nm/811 lb-ft), making every other luxury grand tourer a spec in your rear-view mirrors.
Numbers speak for themselves: the tuned CL accelerates from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.9 seconds, 0-200 km/h (0-124 mph) in 10.3 seconds, and reaches an electronically limited top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
All this power is directed to the rear wheels via a heavily reinforced five-speed auto transmission that can handle the enormous torque, and then to the 295/25 ZR 21 rear tires. A 25mm lowered suspension, a limited-slip diff with a 40% locking rate and all electronic stability systems take care of the handling – and if you want to smoke your specially developed rear Continentals, Pirellis or Yokohamas in a matter of seconds, you can fully deactivate the gizmos.
With that kind of performance, an upgraded braking system is a necessity. Therefore, Brabus has fitted 405 mm vented and cross-drilled front discs with six-piston calipers up front and 380 mm rear discs with four-piston calipers that ensure not only maximum stopping power, but also endurance under braking from high speeds.
Naturally, the 800 Coupe has been fitted with a Brabus-developed body kit and has received the full leather-and-Alcantara-plus-Brabus-logos treatment in the interior.
The 800 Coupe can be bought as a brand-new car, or alternatively, the whole package can be retrofitted to any current-generation CL 600.

Bugatti Trio of Special Edition Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Supercars

While the coupe version of Bugatti's Veyron series has been sold out, the VW Group-owned supercar maker still has the open-top Grand Sport model up for sale.
In fact, Bugatti says that from the 150 units planned for production, it has delivered 45 Grand Sports to date, which leaves us with 105 more cars if you do the math.
For those that prefer to have Bugatti's design and engineering teams tick all the options and choose what colors and materials should be used for the mighty supercar, the Molsheim-based manufacturer brought three bespoke examples of the Grand Sport to this week's Dubai International Motor Show.
The first special Grand Sport is finished in a bright yellow body with the car's underside trimmed in visible black carbon, including the black-tinted wheels. The same color theme continues inside with the seats finished in yellow-colored leather with black stitching. This example is priced at €1.58 million or US$2.15 million.
The next individualized Grand Sport gets a horizontal color split comprising of visible blue carbon, framed in polished anodised aluminium, and which also appears on the rims and the grille. The interior is trimmed in tangerine leather throughout, with the door panels, dashboard, steering wheel and console covered in dark blue Indigo leather or exposed blue carbon fibre. Those interested will have to pay Bugatti €1.74 million or US$2.42 million for the car.
The third and final customized Grand Sport appearing in Dubai is dressed in green carbon fibre tone and polished aluminium. Inside, the special edition model gets a matching green and silver treatment. It is priced at €1.74 million or US$2.42 million.
